Onboarding to first billable call.
The path from application to your first paid call is the same for every publisher on the network. Numbered because it is a sequence.
What happens after you apply.
- 01
Application review
Your affiliate manager reviews the application within one business day.
- 02
Traffic scoping call
Quick call or async thread to confirm verticals, sources, and expected volume.
- 03
Terms in writing
Approved payouts, thresholds, and settlement cadence are sent in writing before launch.
- 04
Number provisioning
Tracking numbers or postback URLs are provisioned for each approved campaign.
- 05
Go live
You point traffic. We watch dispositions with you for the first 48 hours.
Five steps. Every call.
- 01
Capture
Your traffic — search ad, SEO page, email link — generates a call to a provisioned tracking number, or a form post to a validated endpoint.
- 02
Qualify
IVR filters caller intent, geography, and eligibility. Duration checks prevent noise from entering the buyer's queue.
- 03
Route
Ringba's real-time bid routing sends the call to the highest-value buyer accepting that vertical, geo, and time window.
- 04
Disposition
The call closes with a disposition mapped from the buyer's outcome — billable, below duration, buyer-rejected, or held for quality review.
- 05
Payout
Billable events settle on your stated cadence. Non-billable events remain in reporting with the disposition attached.
Postbacks, sub-IDs, numbers.
Postback URLs
Every campaign returns a real-time postback to the URL you specify — event, disposition, sub-ID, and payout status included.
Sub-ID passing
Up to five sub-IDs pass through the tracking number or form post without collision, so keyword, ad, and creative-level attribution stays intact.
Number provisioning
Static or dynamic tracking numbers are provisioned per campaign. Dynamic pools rotate per session for DNI use.
